Wazirx — Money deposited but not credited

I have deposited 10000 on 27/10/2021..transection id[protected], through upi mode into wazirx wallet and it's successful from google pay but it's not credited into the wallet.. I have done several mails and tweets they are saying it will be reversed within 7 days..its now more than 8 days...still my money is stucked...please help me to get my money back, I need money for medical emergency.
