Webdell Care — 3 month Delay in Service and solution

Hi,

I have been suffering from 3 months. Have bought a dell laptop in Feb 2021, it had stopped working in September 2021. Contacted Dell customer care, I have been told about the motherboard issue and no availability of spare part. Have been told to provide an refurbished laptop from Dell.

Now its been 3 months I am chasing dell India team from the same, not able to get solution, neither do get any callback from Dell for any update.
I am contacting them on daily basis to get the solution. Getting the same reply "Our team is working on this" since last 3.5 months.
