WeChat — Balance deducted recharge has not done to my mobile

Hi, My wechat id : aarav66666 Mobile number: [protected] India I have invited 13 frnds and I got Rs. 325 redemption balance. When I clicked on redeem balance was deducted but no recharge was done to my mobile. I kindly request you to do it as soon as possible. Thank you. Regards Ramesh Reddy
