Wellsfargo — violating indian government rules and public nuisance

Wells fargo office at kadubeesanahalli employees create public nuisance by blocking the pedestrian walk way and smoking in the public places, this happens right infront of the g2 of the office. Bangalore police don't seem to take action on public nuisance. People are forced to walk in the service road due to this issue. Need immediate resolution. There is board kept right in front of the gate as no smoking area but ignored by their own employees.
