[Resolved]  West Central Railway — Intex mobile getting frequent problem

Intex mobile GSM AQUA XTREME (BLACK DUAL SIM) SR NO [protected] was getting frequent problem than mobile set was given to Jabalpur service centre(Diwakar Agency) against job sheet no[protected]T001 on 18.08.2015, after 10 days the returned mobile set but when checked b\mobile was still faulty than next day mobile set again given to service centre then he submitted set with previous job sheet no after that moble was teturned after some days, then mobile kept under observation but after tow days mobile again gone faulty then mobile again given to service center on 04.09.2015 against job sheet no is[protected]T001 after 5 days I went to service center and he returned mobile set when checked thert the problem was the same than told to them that they are not taking moble complaint seriously and wasting my time unnecessary no more than one month is over again when asked he told mobile will have to send to company If mobile is not ok then please replace mobile set kindly this mobile complaint may be taken seriously and arrange to replace new mobile set in place of this faulty mobile S.P.Trivedi
