West Central Railway — Train has been cancelled but amount not refund

Dear sir,

Please refer the ticket pnr no. [protected] & train cancellation sms snap. I have ticket booked in irctc on[protected] my date of journey on[protected]. But i have received sms on[protected]:00 am train has been cancelled due to unavoidable circumstances, inconvenience caused. Hence i am not traveled & also filed tdr but railway not refund my amount till the date.

Kindly take immediate action to west central railway.
