[Resolved]  Western Digital — My Book Live Duo

I have asked for help having purchased the above. The final email that I received after a cursory initial response is an extremely poor response to a customer. As i work in the industry I find it arrogant and dismissive. If you seriously want to retain a customer I think that you do need to review your approach. I am now left with a machine that is not fit for purpose. The email is cut in below. Dear David Stone, Thank you for contacting the Western Digital Online Store. We apologize for the inconvenience but we have searched our commerce system with the information that you provided, including your email address. We were unable to locate a matching order. If your question is in reference to the installation or how to use the product and since you purchased the product at Staples, please contact the manufacturer's technical support for assistance.
