Western Digital — [Warranty] It's been more than two month I didn't receive my replacement product

My name is Abhay Satyarthi, I had a 2TB My Passport hard disk under warranty. 3 Months ago it stopped working. I have followed all the procedure and created a RMA for product replacement. I have created RMA on 11 Nov 2021 and send product to the Bangalore location which reached on 23 Nov 2021.

Now today is 20th Jan 2022 and I did not receive my product I have contacted WD many times and their only response is "I will escalate this and keep it on top priority and you will receive your product on Monday".

Kindly help me to get my hard disk back or the money.

I have exactly the same problem with a 4TB portable drive. WD confirmed they received the returned drive, but two months later I am still waiting for a replacement.
