Westside — Money got deducted from my account but still didnt receive any order confirmation and refund

Hello,
I was trying to place an order on westside.com on 06th Aug, 2022. While doing payment, the money got deducted from my gpay account and I got confirmation from gpay that money got successfully credited in westside account.
But I didn’t get any order confirmation or refund yet.
After multiple calls and emails, they are not responding on any channel.
Please look into this matter and resolve it as soon as possible.
