I had purchase two tops on 4/8/22, one of which was delivered to me. The other one was not delivered even after 4-5 days, hence I cancelled it. I received the refund but for some unexplained reason it was 70 Rs less. But I am complaining about the top which was delivered to me. It is one size bigger than I would like. Now the website does not have any options for return or exchange. When we contact us on their cust care numbers, they are perenially busy, with no one answering them. I have written multiple mails, but they have made a computerised response asking 2 days time to respond, but never do. It's almost 20 days now but no resolution is in site.
