I have ordered 4 items from Westside online store on 22nd July'22. My order ID Is 276722.
The next day of ordering, it got canceled from their side and I havent notified about the same. After some days, on checking my order status, I got to know about cancelation. I called support care team and they asked me to wait for 7-10business days for the refund.
Today it's been around 24days, I haven't received my refund in the payment source, and even not getting any revert from westside mail and customer care.
I have never expected this service from Tata Group.
I am so annoyed and helpless.
