[Resolved] Whaaky.com — Replacement not sending to me | |||
Way2online Retail Private Limited (Whaaky.com) is a online fraud. I ordered four jeans on Whaaky.com by COD and after a month they delivered the wrong product i.e I ordered Size-34. They sent me Size-30. After that I sent the product for replacement. Still they have not sent my product. My order no. is S80445230. They are replying the same mail saying that they have received my product and when they get my size then they'll send to me. But I have doubt about that. Please help me. Surely, we should not leave this kind of online fraud. We should take some serious legal action against them. One of my friend Avinash Kharat, he also cheated by whaaky.com.
Now they (whaaky.com) are telling that they will refund me the amount after 7 business day. Then I sent them the full bank details also. That was told by them on 21/08/2014; and today is 06/09/2014. Santosh, I'll sure you that I wont leave them if the cost will be bigger than which I spent with them. I'll file complaint wherever I see the word "consumer complaint" against them. Now they also should know which type of man they have made "Ponga".

I also have same problem. I purchased formal trouser in 950 but they sent me casual jeans type trouser that also looks like old used trouser. I made request for replace it, They replied by mail and asking me to send back tom hyderabad then they will send as per my order.
But after reading your post I am worried that I send them back and if they dont sent my order then I will loose money and this trouser also.
Hence I am not sending them back to replace they may keep this and my money also.
If you raise any complain I will also support as they are cheating every one. We have make them to stop this so that other person like us will not loose their money like us.
