this is pramod kumar dubey.m i ordered nokia c5-03 mobile phone. i have received item. but this is old mobile phone, this problem not except any contact no. in contact book, battery fully damage, charger not working, touch screen properly not working, camera is very bad quality, finally this is useless . i am trying to call to customer care number. nobody response.i want to refund my item. to cancel my item and refer my amount.
