Whaaky.com — Haven`t refunded for the returned item

I have purchased 2 powerbanks from the whaaky online shopping site.But they delivered only 1 powerbank. And the delivered item was defective. So i returned the defective item on 11/06/15 through TrackOn Courriers. They replied me that they have recieved the item. But i havent received the refunded amount yet. The amount of the item is 1998 rupees. The details of the purachase is given below. Order No: S80840432 Product: MI 20800 Power Bank_Revised-OM SAI. Please make an action for this. This is my second compliant. And there is no action taken against this. Please make a fast move for this.
