Whaaky.com — Order (S[protected]placed on 28th jun and not received as of now

Hi,

I had placed an order on the website on 27th June'15 with an order trace number as (S[protected]. Before placing the order it shows the delivery period within 7-10 business days . To let you know, it's a prepaid order. I tried to track my order on the website but that shows, the order is "Preparing to be shipped". As per me, today is the 27th working day. I called up the customer care but I was unable to get through as people kept on disconnecting the call or transferring back to queue and i have send 6 emails on the ([protected]@whaaky.com) but they did not relied any of those emails.There is no option to cancel the request . Kindly look into the matter & give me immediate feedback.

Hi,

I have Received after a month and with different shoes and jeans pant, I asked delivery man from trackon to return that to Whaaky he declined and i tried to contact whaaky support center they did not answer my calls even they just send me a SMS regarding dispatch not contacted me . I want to return that product and want my money back . please send some one to take that courier from my address .I do not want that order any more please ask them to cancel my order and take returned back that order .After a one they send me what totally different from the website .I really do not want anything from whaakey please ask them to refund my money i can not use totally worst items .
