As the product was defective, i returned it as per their instruction & with the guidance as they provide on email.

Now product is with them but not refunding me amount not responding me on phone & email.
I feel this is fraud & i have lost my all money.

i mailed them courier receipt of product returned but still they are asking for picture of defect product & all which i have already done & verification mail also have received from their side about replacement/refund for defective product. They are again have started procedure from the initial level which is totally irritating & i am fed up with such their practice.

Feeling Helpless in india where great awareness about Digitization & safety for consumer.
