Sir, I have purchased two power bank for mobile charging @ 999/-. I received item but not working properly. Its a defective item. So i return the item through courier. And that is received by whaaky.com on 18th april and they reply me through mail that they will refund my balance through bank account. But i couldn't received my balance till date.
