[Resolved] Whaaky.com / Way2Online Retail — Sony headphones | |||||
I have bought online sony headphones(3 pieces)in whaaky website with item name Sony earphones.Order placed on[protected] and I received the same on[protected]. But when I got the item it is totally fake not the original Sony product as mentioned in the website and also two products are broken. I have send the same back to them for replacement on the very next day. But up to now I have not received any replacement. Also they always send mail that they are dispatching. But not yet. I have not received replaced original product. They are again and again sending the same mail that they are delivering. Even they once send dispatch mail just changing the date without changing the courier details(which is same as before)by which they make fraudulent allegations that I received the product. But now last mail they send that they are sending original product. But not received the product upto now. Now they have given fake AWB number and saying that they are in regular contact with courier people for the delivery of the product.I am very much annoyed by this. If you are not going to take action, more and more people are going to be in great trouble and lost their money. Please do something. I have complained core.nic.in. But even they are not doing this. I do have faith in you. Please do something or else lose hope in the system. I have lost 399 Rs for the product. Also I lost 50 rs for dispatching it back to them. Also every day I am sending mails to them creating me physical pain and worry that I lost my money for the fake product.Also more and more people lost their money in this website.
