Wheel Street — refund | |||||
On 11th aug 2018 i booked honda activa for 12th aug 2018 for 1 day & made the payment of rs.375 as daily rental. The booking was succesful & i got the booking confirmation & also about the payment received with contact person details. But when i called the given contact person he was not picking up the call even afters hours & not even calling back. At last he picked up the call & said activa is not available & i will get my refund back. I got the call from wheelstreet stating that they will refund my money back with in 7 days. First of all if activa is not available then why it is listed in app & 2nd if booking can be done in 10 mins why it takes 7 working days to refund. Why do i have to wait for my money. I should get in instantly as i can book something else with the same amount. It doesnt end here customer care executive is not ready to help & today is 27th aug 2018 still no communication from wheelstreet about refund. What should i do now?
