Raised a request to rectify the AC on 22nd March,
Ticket No: CHE[protected]
not even one person took responsibility to send someone to look into the issue. Even after Multiple reminder to customer care who only said to arrange a call back went unnoticed.
Such a pathetic customer service in Chennai. Irony is still under 1 year warranty and which is about to get expired.

Will never recommend the Brand, Daikin Ac was much responsive who we own too.

NO NOT RESOLVED. Surprised at their behavior, Hardly 10mins after i submitted my complaint, they have not even called or Visited my house to rectify my case. But marked it already as Resolved. Whirlpool long way to go at your service.
