VinuBhavan, Venkavila, Irinchayam.P.O., Nedumangad, Thiruvananthapuram-695561;Kerala Mobile: [protected] email: [protected]@gmail.com To Head-corporate Consumer Cell, Whirlpool of India Ltd, #28 N.I.T., FARIDABAD-121001 HARYANA Sir, Sub:- Abnormal delay in attending the compliant of Split 1.2 tonne AC- request for warranty replacement - reg I have lodged a complaint to your service centre at Ernakulam on 14/03/2015, 20/03/2015, 23/032015 & 25/03/2015) of my Split 1.2 tonne AC model No. 14258, Sl.No. INN [protected], which was purchased on 02/04/2013. The complaint is no cooling. Even after repeated request the complaint is not rectified till date (ie, 25/07/2015). The following complaints are faced within the two years. board defect (complaint No.14351 dated 29/06/2013) No cooling (gas charging through your authorized service cetre “THREE STAR SOLUTION and charged Rs.3800/- bill no. 183 dated 04/102014 with assurance of six month warranty ) Again the said complaint is existing. Even after a repeated request, on 21/03/2015 two boys are coming for attending the compliant and they don’t know how to ON your AC. This kind of cheating to the customer is not so good as a reputed firm like M/s. Whirlpool of India Ltd. And then no response your service centre. This kind approach of your service personnel will be affect the marketing of Whirlpool products. That will be lead to the customers away from your products. Hence it is requested once again that my AC may be rectified the complaint or replace with a new one under warranty at earliest. I expect your favorable reply by return.
