I am disgusted and appalled at their service. Worst travel agency ever. Cheats. First, the agents tried to cheat me with false travel insurances, higher fees than embassy fees for uk & schengen visa. When i refused to fall prey, they have not returned my money if after promising! Their agent, arshad, is a cheat. I have written to them many times before, but no answer. How can they think they can cheat customers and get away with it ? No professional ethics.

WhitePearl Holidays Customer Care's response Dear Ms.Kaishiki, We have already refunded the amount of Travel Insurance and also we did not charge any extra amount to you for Visa fees. Even after several requests and email you were not able to provide us any details where it shows that we charged you anything extra for visa fees. rcm123's response I had gave money of 24000 my flight ticket with Mr.Deepak Patel one year back.
He didnt book the ticket. So I asked for refund and he gave me cheques which bounce.After many calls and messaging, he gave 13000. Now it has been one year and there is still no sign of him giving back my rest of the money. Please never book tickets from here.

The complaint has now been resolved . After much following up with the manager, they finally attended to my complaint and refunded my money. It was quite a hassle though. Nevertheless, resolved now

Never gives money back

Gave 24000 for the booking. didnt book.asked for returning the money, never gave back..after 6 to 7 months of asking gave 13000. Still 11000 needed
