WhitePearl Holidays is a fake company..these are all fraud-minded people and their main target is students who are going abroad for studies. the owners are extremely rude and very good at deceiving people with their sweet talks at the start..they will wait till you deposit money in their account for tckts/Visa or for whatever reasons and then you will be left with constant frustration because you ll never get your tckts from them..finally, you would ask for a refund and they will reply, "we were about to book tckts but since you demanded a refund, you have to wait"..the next stage is, you ll not get refund for your money..these guys will keep on promising you about refund and possibly blame entire thing on you..they will issue checks to you in the name of refund and those checks will bounce continuously..and when you infuriate due to their behavior, the owner- DeepakKrishna Patel - will give you the most stupid reply saying 'I have never said that I won't refund your money' and will give you some next date for refund ..this keeps on happening again and again.. there are many police complaints against them, they are rampaging with their deceitful acts in Mumbai..these guys are psychotic and never to be trusted..they seem to have changed their office address from Mulund to Kalyan as well.. You are sharing you experience 10 month after receiving your full and final payment which clearly shows your intentions that you are trying to malign the Image of me & my company which is completely illegal & uncalled for. It is true that you have every right to express your reviews on the internet but you do not have the right to call us psychotic & stupid. This is not a complain, nor am I demanding any refund from you here. This is my painful experience and everyone should be aware of it before they approach you for any services. I am posting my review about you and your service and i have every right to do so.
