[Resolved]  Wings Radio Cab — After confirmation, cab was not sent

I had a confirmed booking yesterday (29th July) From Magarpatta City to Pune Airport Drop at 7PM. During booking I repeatedly informed that my flight is at 9PM. Booking Reference Number was RPN4839736. Though the booking was at 7 PM, I Got Cab Driver details at 7.12 PM .

Driver called me at 7.15 PM and informed me that he was at Airport and it would take 35-40 minutes for him to reach to Magarpatta. Once I called in [protected] and informed, they said they would provide alternate cab in 5minutes but didn't provide me any information
