We bought king size bed from this place. They did deliver it late. When it arrived pieces would not fit in well. The carpainter started with his tools and made some fixes on bed. wood which was used had cracks in it. When we informed them they said wood will have that much crack. Really ? They did not polish bed when it was delivered. They said they will send someone for Polish next day. Its been a month every time we call they say they will send but no one shows up.
They have a clause on bill - payment prior to delivery. So when customer complaints - they dont have to address it as they receive full payment from customer before delivering product.
It should not be allowed. If customer is not satisfied - until issues are addressed they should not get full payment. Was this information helpful? |
