We bought king size bed from this place. They did deliver it late. When it arrived pieces would not fit in well. The carpainter started with his tools and made some fixes on bed. wood which was used had cracks in it. When we informed them they said wood will have that much crack. Really ? They did not polish bed when it was delivered. They said they will send someone for Polish next day. Its been a month every time we call they say they will...

Bad service on custom made coffee table

Hello friends,
I got this plywood coffee table custom made from Wood Plaza Baner, Pune. I had provided a pic also from the internet to them and asked for exact copy of the pic. The table they made was totally different from the table in the pic. As the table was not bad in looks so I did not complain.
The problem appeared when the paint on the table started coming out and the table lost its shine. I had to call & go...
