[Resolved]  Woodland — Urgent - Order purchased with No confirmation since 3 days and Customer care agents disconnecting calls no proper answer on emails

Hi Woodland Team

I purchased a Plum colour Hand bag on 31st Aug, 2023 23:01:52 PM IST for total of 3997 Inr and I did try contacting woodland customer care multiple times but almost 2 agents answered after 1 hour and disconnected just after answering also I have been sending emails with screenshot of payment confirmation with other info like email and contact number time and amount I paid so they could give my order Id or atleast send me an email or message regarding my purchase biut no one seems to be even willing to help as they dont even read my email and reply me asking Order Id
How would I have order Id when you dint send me any confirmation email neither text and you are not helping on phone or emails I think I would have to thing before using Woodland in Future as its not just wastage ofmy time but my hard earned money is at stack too and I dont know nothing about payment you took 3 days back from me.

I have sent an email today also with all details but no reply yet on both email addresses-estore.[protected]@woodlandworldwide.com
