He service team regarding my sofa give worst service for ever.

I book the complaint on 28.12.2016 - complaint number 3767 that time also not give the immediate response. I send image through whatsapp and called me back after one week. That time i am not in station after that no one followed with me regarding my sofa service.

Again in this month same i issue i booked the complaint on 15.07.2017 morning. Complaint no. 1288. Same time i send the image through whatsapp.

Till 19.07.2017 no one called from service centre. Again i only called to customer care team they said in this service will do in our service place and amount also not estimated till time.

I could not understand your customer service process time. We send the image based on image they are not take decision and inform to customer above issue.

I am very disappointed these type customer service from professional company.
