ALREADY I HAD POSTED THE COMPLAINT, THIS IS TO REMINDER AND PHOTS'S OF BILLS.

The complaint is done on 27th june 2015, till now the woodpecker company people have not called me to resolve the complaint, from this itself we can see the service of the woodpecker company, what the hell are doing (costmer care) I do no. please make me problem solved as soon possible. THIS IS SECOND TIME REMINDER. I cannot load my bills to the system.

Delivery still not done
I had ordered a purple fabric 3 +1 + 1 Sofa set on 11th Oct 2015 (build to order) at Valechery, they told will delivery in 10 days. I have been calling every 2nd day from 12th day, only to get the reply that the sofa will be delivered every second day from the day I call. Its been 20 days now and they still say it will take another 5 days more.
I called them few minutes back and they told they have got the fabric just yesterday, so the delivery will be made on Sunday. I reconfirmed with them if they deliver on Sundays, they told they have got lot of orders hence they are open on Sunday. When I asked if the fabric itself is coming today and you know it, were you all along lying to us all these days? Is it a problem with you or with tracking system? Be it what ever, I am harassed for no fault of mine. It is always better to go for a jugad engineered products in India for the value for money rather settling for a costlier options, cause always it is that these MNC's or big chain retailers who always treat customers bad.
And its like they don't take the order without full payment. Assuming they are just 2 orders a day from one store and each an average rs 25K, (there is literally nothing useful less than 10K), that totals to 3 Lac (6 stores) per day and it is whooping 75 lacs money in 25 days for undelivered orders. The interest accrual itself is 4 Lacs/annum (mere 5%) operating income.
This is called sheer day time robbery.
To the dear customers, if are to woodpecker then I grantee you lose you sleep before even you get the cot delivered to you, yet to see the quality; don't know how many days you will get a nice sleep after delivery.
The 3 stars is for the large car parking they provided, collections are traditional only; nothing to be called modern.
