Workindia — Not Providing Refund

I have paid charges in workindia app because i wanted to post a add for job but i didnt read the information and paid money for the package but then i saw their was no refund option in the app. I tried to contact them by mail and call i told them my problem but didnt got any solution so i decided to complaint in consumer forum.
