Soil testing must be over now I hope, last update that they are doing very deeply and organised way as they don’t compromise on the standards of construction.
Please share the latest pictures of the construction as after so much happening in real estate no developer can be trusted. Name them and you will find them in jail.

After 3 years of launch WTC Chandigarh has reached to such tremendous heights.
Looking at their construction speed you will be amazed. Viridian Red with such amazing skills will beat ShapoorJi pallonji. Great piece of Art. One day nation will be proud of Ashish Bhalla.

Fake post again. This ID was created to spread fake lies and bring the reputation down!
Look at it! What a shame though pictures are not very clear. But if this is the situation, i wonder they will be able to complete the project in next 10 years. WTC Chandigarh also falls under the PONZI scheme? I mean same assured return scam. People it’s your hard earned money please wake up, open your eyes.

What will happen to our investment now? I am scared of whatever happening with Viridian Red. I think like all other investments this will be gone as well. WTC Gift City construction is also very slow. Seems like Company is under huge financial crisis.

I am also an investor with Viridian Red, has already accepted the company will not be able to take so much of pressure. Viridian Red has a load of 20 crore per month only for Assured return, with sales being all time low.
WTC Chandigarh did not sell much, as Chandigarh has low acceptance for WTC, Viridian Red.
WTC Noida phase 1 n 2 is sold with huge assured return liability. Phase 3 sale is too slow.
Retrenchment rate with Viridian is too high just in few months they have put approx 100
employees out of the job.

Sir, can you please confirm, this is the reason they have delayed the assured return transfers this month and giving excuses for the same. Some bank documentation is pending. But they have assured to pay us by 15th of this month. Is it possible the problem has started? Please advice my investment is too high with this company. Can we ask for refunds after the agreement.

Go to the office. Talk to your sales consultant. Exchange an email with the company. Why talk all this here - i know you fake account created the same day when you asked this question. Who is asking you to spread lies like this?
Off course, that’s your right. And if you are sensing something fishy then why to wait for storm to come and ruin your life time earnings. There could be some deductions. But if they are right they shall return the fund. At least you would have money in hand brother. Please be considerate I know it’s a long process but that’s your HARD EARNED MONEY.

I am a happy customer of WTC Noida, what rubbish is this you will create unnecessary chaos among the customers. What are the proofs of saying all this?
With all due respect sir, we understand your concerns but we are just trying to share our information and alerting people for future. As it is implied that the Ashish Bhalla owner of Viridian red connected projects WTC NOIDA, CHANDIGARH, GIFT CITY is a fraud. He has done forgery of hundreds of crores in A N Buildwell and destroyed the company and its 1800 approx customers. Who are crying in pain of losing their hard earned money. This has been proved by the EOW department. Attaching the status report for your kind attention.
Wherein ashishbhalla has taken out funds from the company accounts his brother Abhijit bhalla and Superna Bhalla wife are also mentioned. Arrest warrant is issued on Ashish bhalla’s name and his passport is impounded. Session Court has rejected his bail once and finally he got his bail in third attempt after huge manipulations in the court.
Let me know if you need more proofs on the same matter. Rest as far as Viridian Red is concerned our understanding says:
1. He has huge liabilities of assured return on him approx 250 Crores pa .
2.Even after leasing the space to VIVO he has to shed the difference of thelease amount from his pocket. As ViVO has beenleased at RS 14 approx +maintenance. You think what will have happen after this year when minimum lease commitment will be over..
3. Construction is almost stopped in all three projects as per the market reports.
4. Assured return is getting delayed.
5. To overcome funds crisis, he has done buyback cases, which would create huge problems.
6. He has not made the payments of the major channel partners, so sales are all time low. Means no further fund generation through sales.
7. He has fired approx 100 employees in last 3 months. And this list goes on and on...

1. You are an actual customer and you have installed a spy camera in Viridian's office? And thats how you get all access to all misleading and fake planted information. Great!
2. You are a social media agency representative who is told point by point by their masters (Hooda and Gandhi and their sympathizers) to spread all these fake lies. Also share some fake documents to upload so that you look real? How come, one fine day you wake up and are ready with all these made up stories?
Both ways, my humble request you to stop this non-sense. There are real customers who have invested real money into the project. Dont spread fake ### because your masters are telling you to do so. You are a social media agency or a freelancer. You action could actually make things worst.

2. Read all the comments, all are part of a story thats being designed to bring someone down.
3. How on earth a customer has so much of information? How do they actually know how much amount is left with the company? All this cannot be accessed. But here all the posts are in a systematic manner as if someone has a though through story and then it was planted using fake ids.

2. They don't disclose the fact that their director is in jail for taking money from customers and not allotting the units:

Name a few people with their phone numbers who have asked you for a bribe? What kind of bribe and for what?
4. For example, if you send money to them through cheque, they will deliberately put it in bank after a lot of delay when the last date of payment is over. On this pretext, they will not give you assured returns and will also charge hefty interest from you for the delay. Then they will ask bribe to escape the interest.
Share the actual incident - please share the screenshot of email exchanges? This is indeed fake
5. They don't disclose the project completion status as required by rera on their site and have not started work at the time of posting of this complaint which is far behind schedule. Only god knows if the project will ever get completed.

6. They are very rude people and they talk to you on the phone as if you are criminals even when there is no fault of yours.

This is an alarming situation and an eye opener, that’s why there sales team is pursuing so much to buy more properties in the same vicinity. I have decided not to park all eggs in one basket.
They were pushing too hard for investing further with the project, then they send me the letter to opt for the option to adjust my possession amount with the assured return, and now the assured return are getting delayed. With this approach, how they will be able to deliver. Reading all this has come as a shock to me. Ashish bhalla is a fraud?
