Www.24indiashop.com — Online Scam and a promise of assured gift.

I received a call from the www.24shopindia.com promising an assured gift if you shop above Rs 3000/-.The assured gift includes either a dell laptop, an apple phone or a sony bravia television.the mentioned that this was their promotional activity and only 5 members has won in it and I was one of them.I did thought of it to be a scam but because they mentioned it is for promoting their website, so i sensed it to be genuine.Later, I purchased the listed products of Rs 3049/- and they asked me to register to Payumoney and the money to transfer it to them.The name of the paid to source is "Shreejee Enterprises" based in Noida Uttar Pradesh.I have the screen clip attached as well.I placed an order and they confirmed that I woudl receive my products ong with the assured gift in less than 3 days. I ended the call however after digging in more on the internet I found out that it was a new scam and many people have been cheated on this. Without thinking, I called them back and asked to cancel my order and initiate a refund as I realised i was fooled.Many lies were told and they got me transfered saying that it is not a hoax and I would get my product, I knew i was fooled so insisted on cancelling my order and they said I would get my refund within 7 days. But now on the website under my account i could still see my order as open and when I call the helpline no.it is switched off.How can a customer support number at 2p.m be swictched off.I also tried calling the number i received a call from and that too mentions switched off. I have the call recording as well.Please look into this matter as this a serious scam. Thanks.
