My order ID is CYN948963 I placed an order on 18th January 2016 on Cyankart for a total of 4 items, the total price summed up to ₹942. I received yet another late delivery from the company today; i.e, 7th February 2016. There are two receipts in a package, one is inside and the other is outside. The receipt on the outside stated the total amount to be ₹942 and hence I paid that amount. When I got in and unwrapped the package one of the items were missing which was priced as ₹299 I checked the second receipt (inside the package) which had a correction made with pen in the total price row and the COD Collection row which reduced the amount from ₹942 to ₹643 respectively. In the Quantity-Item-Taxes-Price table the last row stated the one item amongst my order was out of stock. I would like to bring it to the reader's notice that, that very item was shown as Available when I placed the order.
I immediately called up the delivery man and asked him to either return the difference or take back the order. He profusely refused to do so on the grounds that the outer receipt did not have any such corrections and that I had opened the package. I would raise a question at this point, how is it humanly possible to see through a package with mere eyes?! There was no correction on the outer receipt.

I asked for his supervisor’s number which continuously was out of reach. For a person who works day and night relentlessly ₹299 is not a small amount and I immediately want it refunded. Highly enraged by Cyankart’s service.
