www.fithour.com — Regarding faulty samsung phone rs 900

I purchased a samsung mobile phone from fithoor.com. But the mobile phone is not working properly.Incoming and outgoing sound problem in phone. Please take it back. I don’t need this phone. Please refund my money back as soon as possible.
I mailed lost of complaint against fithoor.com on through email. But they not respond me and not pick my phone.
Please take a strong action against fithoor.com and send me money back and take back samsung faulty phone back i not used this phone. I packed in the same box.
