I ordered on 20th may, 2017 and strictly mention and conveyed that order should be delivered on that day mid night only and charged 300 rs. Extra as delivery charges. But they failed to do so. I asked them to cancel the order and refund me 100% amount as they say. After that i contacted them on 10-15 times but they didn't processed my refund later they asked me to deliver the order next day early morning but they delivered too late and no use. I asked them return the extra delivery charges but didn't respond at all. Request you all please do not order anything from this website (www.flower-india.in). worst worst experience ever i had in online till now.
