Its been 19 days since order placed, but not received any update neither the order.
I have called there customer care - no answer - busy
I have even raise a support ticket to check the order status.Earlier their support guy said my ordered will be shipped on 22nd april and on 26th april they said the order will be shipped in another two business days.I can still see that the product has not been shipped on their web portal.I am also attaching the emails from their support team as well as the ticket number:

I am very frustrated with these guys.Besides my followup with them 2-3 times, there is no progress on the order shipment.
How can you do this to people's money? If anybody is interested we can go to consumer court and file a case against them as well as lodge a fir against this company. Because there may be may more people cheated like us. You can whats app me or call me. Lets get together before it is too late. These guys are fraud and cheating people ...And still taking orders as we speak.
