I have written three times to mebelkart consumer care but didnot receive any answer.Ihave made several phone calls to Phone :[protected]:30 a.m. - 9:00 p.m., Monday - Saturday). I am helpless and this is creating a lot of stress and anxiety.

I have ordered the product in 10th of December, 2015 Neither it get dispatched nor delivered. The stipulated time for delivery was 23/12/2015. The customer care executives are faking it by sometimes saying that it has been dispatched by FedEx & also saying it is yet to be dispatch. They have also given a fake tracking information related to FedEx which is not working. I am constantly in touch with mebelkart to cancel the prepaid order...
