This website cost me 60k (of your country's local currency) by setting me up into believing a terrorist account was a model. this site engages in sending messages from unverified users without id or video verification. 60k of my country's currency has been laundered to osama bin laden linked terrorist organizations for this site deceiving its users. the sites works hand in hand with scammers in providing them the means of communication/contact on the site without verification for the profits of their memberships. they don't care about your own well being. it's very easy to make an account representing someone else on this site, just put a photo of an attractive person, either put its your own profile or a relative, then start promising people money on the site through marriage inheritance & collect the advance fees for the inheritance. i've already learned the tricks of the trade as a pro now due to this site. the site is useless in terms of providing a means of a real marriage, however, it's a site dedicated to time pass or online dating, these are the things that lead up to scams, in terms of online romance. the site is not dedicated to arranged marriage. i was on the site for 5 years without marriage as a puppet on display for terrorists to take advantage of, then after the 1000 fake scammer accounts that i dodged the bullet from, then they finally robbed me in the 5th year (from age 23-28). they robbed me at age 28. i started using the site at age 23. i was never aware of these kind of scams so i was very vulnerable just like the majority of the users. the site is as useless as the people from africa that take advantage of it. the information has been shared to the global scam world about this year 2016, 60 thousand loss on shaadi.com, & now all the world's scammers are on target on this website. i've changed my phone number & email to get away from them, but they still got my parents number & house address, so my parents are at risk now. this website has done nothing to work with the police so no bodily harm is a consequence.in the video in the link on the bottom, this man killed himself for a loss less then mine, his loss was 50k, and the terrorist associations are proven. please watch the youtube video below. Anyone can use the site representing someone else or pretending to be someone else as a premium member & send their spam email in the interest sent. Their is no proof that person is real who is a premium member who is sending that email contact in the interest sent. This is deceiving and entrapment to the users of the site. This is because a premium member without ID can send their email contact in interest sent to entrap the users in email contact for scams. The site is engaging in depicting users that have not agreed to be depicted on the site & as a consequence entrapping the real users of the site with fake premium members providing their email contact. It's a very serious issue that the site is very vulnerable at all times to fraud.

These are the examples of the fraud emails these people send with 'in USA on some kind of visa' accounts, indicating a trip over-seas to Africa, Alima & Henna are common names used with photos stolen from Facebook unfortunatly for shaadi.com users. These profiles contain mis-matching details, usually just 1 photo, and are based in the USA (visa), to indicate flying over-seas to Africa or carribean. So shaadi.com this year had 2 profiles going on for the valentine day scams, so africans set these accounts up at the beginning of the year in January in America (by assistants) to set up the fraud to occur by professing love right away in email/text without even knowing the person, and by using pet names like 'baby', & by using the person's emotions/sympathy to take advantage of them by romancing them before with quick declarations of love to the victim & baby name to victim, & after using the person's greed & lack of knowledge to take advantage of them to 419 scam them. The best way to prevent this is to report these profiles as soon as possible to prevent losses. I mean report these profiles right away when they send these suspicious emails of very quick declarations of love with baby/dear pet names, b/c after come the emails of the western union/wire transfer money demands...it's very scary...please keep a record of these emails to prevent further losses...

I have just signed up yesterday, and the discrepancy in what they promised and what they have decided to give is in matchable. Very misleading sales pitch as to reality of commitment.
I have been awaiting Mr Jai Rao's call. If you go online this man's name is used in a similar complain as mine.
Also the company is non professional.
I have a series of instances I noted in just 2 days.
I requested cancellation in a days time and they refused saying they don't have a cancellation policy itself.
When I looked up online there are several clients who have similar issues or worst.
They have the worst team coordination, clearly showing how unprofessional their approach is.
The customer support calls and can't even comprehend the problem to understand it.
I hope someone looks into this immediately.
