Xiomi India — No response from service provider after taking my mobile

I purchased one Mi4i mobile handset which has got damaged. I booked online request for service on Mi India web site for using its PickMi service on 8th of 6th of March. They took 22 days to pick the device from Raipur. Then on 28th of April I got a mail from them where they asked me to pay Rs. 4540 against repairing charges since the screen is damaged and cannot be covered under warranty. I paid the charges immediately online and informed them back by mail. I got mail confirmation of receipt of payment on 28th March. This was the last communication I received from Mi Service. Then I followed up on their customer care no. and also on their online Chat service every time they said it will take some more time have patience. They never told me the expected date by which the mobile will be repaired and delivered back to me. I tried in every 3-4 days but never got any confirmation from them. Today is the 42nd day I booked my request for repairing and 22 days since I made payment but have no status update till date. It takes hours to connect on their customer care no. and then I get no proper update. Now I am frustrated and need my mobile back in whatever stage it is.
