Xiomi India — Replacement of defective Redmi note 3

I ordered redmi note 3 through Mi store.. payment was made on 14th june.. I received a defective set.. so a replacement request was raised on Saturday 24th of june... i was told that the courier boy will pick up the defective set and new set will be provided... Till today the set Haven't been picked... i am dropping mails and calling the customer care regularly and i am getting same reply again n again that the problem have been escalated to concerned department... no body is telling exact time that will be taken to deliver new product.. #Miindia is this your service... please provide a prompt solution of this problem as Early as possible... complaint number 1916941
