I've purchased xolo black 1x in last year, i was working fine, good thing is xolo black 1x doesnt hang,
I don't use much this phone bcz i have another android with me for last few years, but i bought xolo black 1x bcz i liked design and configuration & i wanted one extra standby phone for emergency. So i hardly used it for 4-5months after purchasing,
My problem is..
Before few months there was battery issue, battery was draining out fast and all. So i went xolo service center in borivali, he had added small package and updated software, and prob. Was solved. But after 1month battery issue was started again. So i show someone, & he suggest me to change battery. Thn i went last month to service center again at borivali branch. He suggest me same. & he changed battery and charging plate (I dont know exact name or something), phone was working nice for 2-3days thn again battery started draining out fast and i observed battery charging time was almost 5-5.30 hours for 100% charge.
After 6-7days i got call from xolo care about review, i mentoned "not satisfied" thn i got call from service center, he called me and told me to let us check your phone again, they checked and he updated software again. Problem was not solved, i somehow used it for 15-20days thn i show it to local android repairing center, he told me there's all data has been formatted, you will need to re-download software and other imf.in phone, phone is up to date, nothing to worry.
I went again at service center, & explained that phone has just software issue, not any technical problm, he kept my phone for 2-3days and given me estimation of 2000rs & told me that screen is not working, need to change screen. That disturbed me. I brought my phone back. And i hope you might help me to solve this issue. I'm not going back to that service center.
