[Resolved] Xolo.in — Repair and Servicing takes more than 2 months | |||
Last year I was impressed by the features provided by Xolo Company, thats why I bought 2 phones 1. A1000 in Apr 2013 and 2. Q2000 in Jan 2014. 1. A1000: From Jan 2014, the phonestart/restart button stopped working. In that case, when Phone goes in sleepmode, we could unlock only when connect to charger or phone restarts. If bychance phone switched off, we wait till the next set phone alarm during whichit asks for restart. This is really painfull. Now battery is not charging atall. The Batter charging socket became faulty. Phone is beyond repairing. 2. Q2000: Within 45 days, the earphone ofQ2000 found to be faulty. I register complaint and supposed to get replacement.So far after 3 months no replacement. Then in May I realized that the Mobilehandset is weak in receiving the network (both SIM) . I submitted the phone toservice center 3 weeks before. Till now no update from Company or Servicecenter Now I moved back to trusted anddurable brand i.e. Samsung and now loving it. So strong NO to Xolo mobiles. Please please DO NOT BUY XOLO Mobiles Was this information helpful? | |||
