Xpress Solutions — BPO projects Fraud | |||||
I entered contract with a company named xpress Solutions which is situated at off. 501, sej plaza, Marve road Malad W Mumbai. 400064. This company promised us to give a Amazon seller support process for which they took 7 lakhs as sicurity deposit. They got connected with us before lockdown and gave some training on skype. All of a sudden because of lockdown they sent us a mail that our operations will be closed for 5 days but since than all their numbers are unreachable and all their mails are unanswered. When I visited their office they have vacated their place overnight and not left a new adress with anyone. Their director Varsha Soni is also missing. Please help me as to what should I do. Varsha Soni and her staff members Aakruti Sethi, Nisha Patil and Mr. Sagar all are frauds and scammers. I have paid ₹4, 11, 000.00 (Four Lacs and Eleven Thousand) for Web Media Inbound Process to Xpress Solutions via NEFT as refundable Security Deposit after visits to their office. However, to start the process they rejected all candidates during interview. When asked to withdraw the same and refund the amount Aakruti informed she will update on refund formalities after discussion with Varsha. Since then all their numbers are not in use, website down, mails bouncing back and office space vacated. If anybody can help would be very helpful.
