'I have ordered two items on Firstcry.com on 6th october via order number 2637398OR19031577. On 7th i got a message that it has been shipped by Aramex with AWB: [protected]. i have been tracking regularly and to much surprise it has been updated in their website that the item is delivered with is totally false. After calling many times and giving complaint to Aramex Hyderabad main branch the issue has not been resolved. After nearly a month a got a mail from Customer care XpressBees that my shipment is delivered to the correct address but still i didnt get my items. Today i found another strange thing is that i have ordered a dress material on snapdeal on 26th october via order number : [protected] and it was shipped by Xpressbess via AWB: [protected]. Again i found that my parcel is not delivered and i found in their website that my shipment is delivered at 11:13pm on 2nd November !! . Neither i got any call from the courier guy nor any communication is done with my watchman at that point of time. so finally again a false update that the item is delivered . when i sat down to give complaint at Xpressbess i found that the customer care number is same which i called for my Items purchased from Firstcry. i.e [protected]. Finally i have learnt that i lost two items purchased from two different websites i.e Firstcry and Snap deal just because of one worst and irresponsible courier service XpressBess Was this information helpful? | |||||

My Name Rajasekaran My Contact Number is [protected], But Xpressbees wrongly used my personal contact number [protected] to there customer care contact number. Everyday i attend the xpress bess wrong calls, please solve this problem.8%
