I have ordered some products for my Dental clinic in Dentalkart app on 19/10/23 (to address ponduru 532168)
The shipment was received br xpressbees logistics
Shipment was received at my nearest hub on 31/10/23, but neither the delivery boy has called me nor I have received any message from xpressbees that I have received the parcel
Without any information they have returned my order to the base(dentalkart)
Already the shipment is delayed by 4-5days on top of that now it's returned
I haven't received any official message or call till now
This is pathetic
When u can't deliver a product to some location then why would you take up an order?
And this was 2nd time I am facing same issue with xpressbees logistics
Pathetic service by them
I have lost my time and my valuable patients who couldn't get treated on time due to these logistics people
