Hi, I ordered Van Huesen Handkerchiefs priced at RS. 341/- from SnapDeal and the same was shipped via XpressBees with A/W No.[protected]
I was supposed to receive the product on the 13th of June and received an SMS for the same. I was at home and no attempt at delivery was made nor any attempt to call me. I was available for the entire day! It has been 3 days now where I have been home and no attempt has been made to contact kr deliver the item.
Today XpressBees has "cancelled" my order stating "customer refusal" as the excuse!! How can I refuse it when they didn't even bother contacting me or delivering the package? For 3 days! This is such a terrible shipping company! Snapdeal wake up! You are losing credibility over this! And as far as I can see I'm not the only one with this issue. They are doing it multiple times with blatant disregard to the customer. Was this information helpful? |
