The delivery boy refused to deliver the parcel on the 1st day and 2nd day he delivered and advised me not to open the parcel till evening, in the evening he comes and takes away the parcel saying it's returning to warehouse even though customer never made any such requests, upon asking he harassed and threatened the customer that he will cancel all future deliveries if customer and snatched the parcel away pushing the lady by grabbing her hard.
