Bought xuv 500 in April 2021 from PPS Mahindra Bangalore
new vehicle had oil leakage problem. PPS could not resolve, went to ANANT cars, after multiple attempt finally raised complaint to Mahindra.
they assigned some advisor and resolved problem after keeping vehicle for months.
next problem is Regen and DPF. it was coming now and then, again went to Anant cars, they kept vehicle for 3 days, said it is resolved. but problem came back again. when i gave for 2nd service on July 31 2022 they say DPF kit has to be replaced. and vehicle is still there, they say some other problem found after replacing DPF kit. its been month again.
My question is - why did Mahindra or PPS delivered a vehicle with defect to me?
what is the permanent solution for this? it is not even driven 5000 kilometer. i had to leave vehicle in service center for months.
very disappointed with quality of car from Mahindra and also the response time to resolve things.
