Yahoo — yahoo mails from financial and elsewhere are not being received

Dear sir,
I have been trying to get cas of my all mutual funds from my yahoo mail, but not receiving. Even today i tried to get online four times and thrice from cams customer care who confirmed me that they have sent successfully, but i did not receive from either side.
Also i tried to get pass word to install et money application through my yahoo mail but failed. Then i tried to get the same through gmail and i got instantly
It seems there is some technical of yahoo server side or elsewhere. Kindly look into the problem and arrange to provide me solution to receive of my all mails.
Also, i did not find yahoo customer care india to get his personal help
