New bike does not start and bluetooth connectivity issues

Newly purchased FZX bike does not start, having bluetooth connectivity issues, reported on several occasions, no action is taken from yamaha, checked with other yamaha owners they are facing similar problems with FZX, yamaha does not take customer issues seriously....

Yamaha bike issue

Not getting part from 45 days

I my bike is parked almost more than 1.5 month in Automax Automative show room malad the numbers are given on your official website are showing not valide bike no is MH 07 8785.
All numbers are not valide
One toll free number are showing pls call on office time even i had call in office time ...
When I called up at around 4 pm, they replied, the work is not over and will be calling me back. The centre closes at 6 pm and...

Yamaha Fascino vi self start not working and dealer denying for servicing

Dear Yamaha,

We bought a Yamaka fascino bike on 15/04/2022 from K.S.BIKERZ, Maraimalai nagar, Tamilnadu

Bike is having a self-start issue. Whenever we give the bike for service, they do the service then immediately after 2/3 weeks self start is not working again.

Till date, we have given the bike for service 6 times for the same self-start issue. But still the self start issue is not fixed.br...

Yamaha Fascino vi self start not working

Service centre fraud: Moto world Yamaha service centre

Radiator Fan

I had purchased R15M on the month of March 2022. After some period of time, i have been facing a problem that the Radiator fan/ Coolant Fan is found not working. I had visited so many service center and found that the availability of fan was no go. It is now adviced Yamaha motor India to take a proper action and provide a good solution for this complaint, as well as for every other customer who are facing this problem...

Worst experience from yamaha

After complaing about the product after 3 months till now there is no response from the yamaha. selling low quality bikes and not responding to the complaints....

Bluetooth device- battery drain

I gave my bike(fz-x) for service with a battery issue on my third free service (oct 20) (battery was dead and unable to start with self-start, I had to push my vehicle to start it) while delivery I was told that they had charged the battery and in case if the problem arises again they asked me to come and rectify the issue (while delivery they removed my Bluetooth device connection from my bike without informing me) I noticed it after 2 days...

Bike Silencer Design

Dear Sir,
The Complaint is against the Yamaha Bikes Design and also other bikes design specific to its Silencer having end angle to upper side. Due to its upper side angle, the vehicle Exhaust emissions are directly with force touches the face of the Biker coming just after the bike which got inhaled by the rider.

As its already proved with strong evidence about the link between vehicle emissions and health problems.br...

Clutch plate complaint

Overheating of Yamaha R15 V4 brand new

Respected sir/madam
I have recently bought Yamaha R15 V4 and it’s getting overheated within a span two months since the purchase date. It’s unacceptable to have such poor quality from a leading motor cycle brand. The company is not giving proper and immediate solution for this such big mistake which happening from their side. I request you to take immediate action in ordering to resolve this issue....

Regarding My Vehicle Service

Address:Oswal Yamaha Azadpur Delhi 110033.

I serviced my vehicle R15 Version 3 from Oswal Yamaha Azadpur Delhi 110033... It was very bad experience 0 ratings they serviced the bike for cost 4160/- also they changed the both front and rear side brake pads... Since they serviced the vehicle till now both brakes noise on braking and also on normal drive... Also they mention the wrong vehicle number DL8SCH6911.. Invoice No. DP/3491 Dated 18/11/2022...

R15 v4 M Radiator problem

Since i got my bike before 2months...now im facing a radiator issue...due to this engine gets over heated nd may end in engine seize...as per yamaha dealers in chennai, the radiator part may take more than 2-3 weeks for delivery from manufacturing...till that what can we do...
